Cleveland, Ohio – On June 20, 2024, the American Train Dispatchers Association (ATDA) invoked the services of the National Mediation Board (NMB) to investigate representation of the Train Dispatchers from Genesee & Wyoming (G&W) railroad in St. Albans, Vermont. Once their investigation is completed, G&W Train Dispatchers will have the opportunity to take part in a final, binding vote that will complete their collective unionization effort.
We, the ATDA will continue to support the G&W Dispatchers throughout this process, and we stand ready to welcome them in fraternal solidarity.
