Irving, Texas – The Control Center Assistant Clerks of Trinity Rail have unanimously voted to unionize through the American Train Dispatchers Association. With 100% of the votes cast favoring unionization, the clerks sent a resounding, unified message about their desire to join the ATDA. Commenting on the outcome, ATDA President Ed Dowell said “We welcome our new Trinity Rail brothers and sisters with open arms and look forward to providing them with needed representation! Thank you to the current Trinity Rail members for their role in organizing the Clerks. Additionally, I’d like to thank Vice President Colin Thurman and Trinity Rail General Chairman Nick Gilbert for all their work making this happen.”
