Las Vegas, NV – On August 11, 2024, Jeremy Ferguson was reelected as President of the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers’ Transportation Division (SMART-TD). His second five-year term begins on October 1, providing both stability and continuity of leadership for the United States’ largest railroad and transit union.
Under President Ferguson’s leadership, SMART-TD has continually advocated for improved workplace safety, fair compensation, and enhanced benefits for its members. His reelection now signals a robust endorsement from the Union’s members to further that agenda in the years to come.
