It is with great sadness that we must inform our members that retired CSX member Phil Houle has unexpectedly passed away. Phil was a great advocate for labor. Even in retirement he continued to serve our members and their families as an instrumental member on the ATDA Scholarship Committee. We will all miss his song of the week, which was his not-so-subtle jab at the railroads and/or politicians.
