Jacksonville, Florida – On October 26, 2026, American Train Dispatchers Association (ATDA) member Paul Young was elected as CSX System Committee General Chairman. Young enters the new role as a veteran ATDA representative, having served in four terms as a Local and/or Vice General Chairman. He has also provided service to the organization on the National level, currently serving as Alternate Trustee, and having served as a Delegate to ATDA’s 33rd and 34th General Assemblies. Commenting on his election as General Chairman, Paul said, “I’m excited to begin this new chapter of serving the members of the CSX System. As a train dispatcher for over 23 years, I understand how important this role is to each and every one of us. I look forward to doing my very best, earning the trust of our members, and representing them with pride, integrity, and respect.”
