ATDA Trustee / BNSF System Committee Vice General Chairman
Kevin serves as a member of ATDA’s Board of Trustees and is a Vice General Chairman of the BNSF System Committee. He is based in the Dallas / Ft. Worth, Texas area and began his railroad career in January 2007 as a BNSF Train Dispatcher. He has worked in that role ever since, having now amassed over 18 years’ experience as a Train Dispatcher.
In 2015, Kevin was elected as an interim Vice General Chairman for the BNSF System Committee. The next year, in 2016, he was elected to serve as the Committee’s System Treasurer / Vice General Chairman. He went on to be elected to that position for second and third consecutive terms, before being elected as General Chairman in May of 2024. He served in that role through the end of 2025, then opted to run for election as Vice General Chairman. He was successfully elected to that position and began his latest term as VGC in January 2026. Additionally, Kevin serves as an ATDA National Officer and member of its Joint Board, where he serves as a Trustee of the Organization. He was first elected to the position at ATDA’s 33rd General Assembly in 2019, and again at ATDA’s 34th General Assembly in 2023.
