VIce President
Colin serves as ATDA Vice President and is based in the Jacksonville, Florida area. He began his railroad career when he was hired as a CSX Freight conductor in October 1999. Eight years later, in 2007, Colin became an ATDA member when he was promoted to Train Dispatcher. His career as an ATDA representative began during that time, when he was elected as Vice General Chairman of the CSX System Committee in fall of 2010.
After serving three consecutive terms in his Vice General Chairman’s position, Colin was then elected to the position of General Chairman in the fall of 2019. After successfully winning re-election in the fall of 2022, Colin served as a delegate to ATDA’s 34th General Assembly in October 2023. At that assembly, he was elected to his current role as ATDA Vice President.
As Vice President, Colin provides support to local System Committee leadership in contract negotiations and dispute resolution. He is also ATDA’s designated front-line representative on legislative issues and performs other duties as assigned by the President.
