Secretary-Treasurer
Bill is the ATDA’s Secretary-Treasurer and works at the National Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. He began his railroad career with CSX Intermodal in 2001 as a waybilling clerk and rail account representative, before being promoted to Train Dispatcher with CSX Transportation in 2006. Bill then amassed over sixteen years of experience as a Dispatcher and ATDA member, working on the CSX Atlanta, Louisville, and Huntington Divisions.
His career as an ATDA representative began in 2019, when he was first elected as Vice General Chairman of the CSX System Committee. Following a subsequent election to the role in 2022, he was then elected as a delegate to ATDA’s 34th General Assembly. At that Assembly, he was elected to serve as ATDA Secretary-Treasurer on October 17, 2023.
In his current role, Bill serves as a financial officer for the Organization and leads a variety of ATDA’s day-to-day operations. He also serves as communication lead for the Organization and as Business Manager of The Train Dispatcher newsletter.
