Washington, D.C. - The National Mediation Board (NMB) has formally authorized a representational election for Train Dispatchers employed by Union Pacific Railroad, marking a major step forward in their ongoing efforts to organize with the American Train Dispatchers Association (ATDA).
The decision represents a significant milestone in an organizing campaign driven by Union Pacific Train Dispatchers from within their own ranks.
